  • We are limiting the downloads to avoid duplicates in the web. There are only 5 downloads per package available, unless you want the custom package as each package is unique.

    • For bespoke posts, customers make a purchase and are then contacted via email within the next 2 working days to gather information such as their logo and specific requirements.

    • Generally, the first drafts are sent within 24 hours after we receive the necessary information from the customer.

    • Yes, customers have one chance to amend the posts before we send the final designs.

  7. What if a customer is not satisfied with the bespoke posts?

    • Unfortunately, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer returns or refunds. We encourage customers to provide clear instructions during the customization process.
