By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All content is provided for visual, creative, and marketing purposes only

• Results, performance, and outcomes are not guaranteed

• You are fully responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content before use

• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and professional standards

• Icansocial is not liable for how content is used, interpreted, or relied upon

1. Scope of Services

Icansocial (“the Designer”) provides graphic design, visual content creation, written content support, and AI-assisted media services. Services include, but are not limited to:

• AI-generated images and videos

• Anatomical and aesthetic visual concepts

• Visual guides, diagrams, and illustrative content

• Drafting, structuring, writing, design, layout, and formatting of materials (including booklets, manuals, and documents)

• Subscription-based access to visual content

Icansocial operates strictly as a creative service provider and does not provide:

• medical advice

• clinical guidance

• accredited training or education

• regulatory, legal, or compliance advice

2. AI & Content Disclaimer

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Certain materials are AI-generated or AI-assisted

• Content is created for visual, conceptual, and illustrative purposes only

• Content may not be medically, anatomically, or clinically accurate

• Content is not intended for medical, clinical, educational, or procedural use

The Client agrees not to rely on any content for:

• medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

• clinical or training purposes

• procedural guidance

3. Content Accuracy & Responsibility

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• All content, whether created by Icansocial or provided by the Client, must be fully reviewed, verified, and approved prior to use

• The Client is solely responsible for:

  • accuracy of all information

  • medical or clinical validity (if applicable)

  • regulatory compliance (including ASA, CAP, AHPRA, TGA, or any relevant authority)

  • suitability for publication, marketing, or distribution

Where required, content must be reviewed and approved by a suitably qualified professional.

Icansocial does not verify or guarantee accuracy, compliance, or correctness of any content.

4. Written Materials, Booklets & Educational Content

Icansocial may assist with drafting, writing, structuring, and designing materials such as:

• educational booklets

• procedural manuals

• guides and informational documents

All such materials are provided for visual and informational purposes only.

The Client agrees that:

• all written and visual content must be independently reviewed and approved prior to use

• any medical, clinical, or procedural information must be verified by a qualified professional

Icansocial does not:

• guarantee accuracy of written or visual content

• provide clinical instruction or training

• accept responsibility for how materials are interpreted or used

5. Subscription Content

Where applicable, subscription-based content:

• is AI-generated and/or design-led

• is provided for visual and marketing purposes only

• may not be accurate or suitable for clinical or educational use

The Client agrees not to use such content for:

• medical training

• procedural instruction

• clinical decision-making

6. Approval Requirement

Prior to any use, publication, or distribution, the Client must:

• review all materials in full

• verify accuracy, compliance, and suitability

• confirm approval in writing (including email or message)

Written approval constitutes full acceptance of responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Icansocial and Aleksandra Barańska shall not be held liable for:

• inaccuracies in content (AI or non-AI)

• misuse or misinterpretation of materials

• reliance on content for medical, educational, or procedural purposes

• platform-related issues, restrictions, or penalties

• any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Icansocial and Aleksandra Barańska from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• use or misuse of content

• failure to review or verify materials

• reliance on content for medical, clinical, or educational purposes

9. Intended Use

All content is provided for:

• creative

• illustrative
